Meet Luna. She’s a happy and fun-loving dog that’s a mix of Miniature Pinscher and Chihuahua. I smiled when her feature submission came through. Why? Two reasons. One is imagining how she got her name. I’m guessing she was a feisty puppy. The other is to see what a cross between Pesky and Pepper would look like.
