Simply, it’s a dog spoiled with love. It doesn’t have to live in a lavish home or have expensive accessories.
Who is behind Spoiled Hounds?
I’m Renee and my assistants are three whippets, Luke, Milo, and Callie. They are more than my assistants; they are my heart and my inspiration for this site.
After experiencing the gut-wrenching agony of losing pups to subcutaneous lymphoma, an auto-immune disease, and another to heart disease, I became obsessed with learning all I could about how to protect Luke and Milo the best I could.
And that’s how Spoiled Hounds was born. I don’t just protect them; I spoil them with love, too. As I relentlessly researched canine nutrition, I started to discover how to cook healthy and yummy treats for my whippets that they gobble up.
They don’t know or care that it’s good for them, but I sure do. And I know there are other pet parents like me out there, so I wanted to share what I’m learning with you.
I believe life is a constant journey, and we are always learning. As I discover more things about pet nutrition, I share them here on Spoiled Hounds.
