My name is Tamie I have three dogs two are 22 pound cocker spaniels and 80 pound black lab. They all have Giardia and I need to know the amount of oregano to give them. What is a safe amount to give them? Thank you
Please ask your vet about how much oregano to give your dogs. Your vet will know your dog’s medical history and can best determine the amount.
Hi Tamie, any updates with treating your dogs for giardia with oregano? My dog, lab mix, 54 lbs, had giardia and it was hard to get rid of. The meds from the vet didn’t work. I used blue Hubbard squash seeds to treat it, about 10-12 seeds ground up each meal. I also read you can give your dog 1/8 to 1 tsp of dried oregano ground up sprinkled on their food. I’m adding this to his daily meals now.
