  • 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup green beans frozen or fresh
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Cut the carrots into small cubes. Cut the green beans into 1-inch pieces.
  • Place the chicken, carrots, and green beans in a bowl. Pour the olive oil on top and toss to coat.
