Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut cream (14-ounce can)

Instructions

  • Refrigerate the coconut cream for at least 24 hours. It must be thoroughly chilled.
  • Put a large mixing bowl and mixer beaters or mixer whisk in the freezer for at least 10 minutes before whipping.
  • Open the can of coconut cream.
  • Scrape out the thickened cream on top and leave the liquid in the can.
  • Place the thickened cream in the chilled mixing bowl.
  • Beat with a mixer until whipped.
  • Use or refrigerate immediately. Refrigerating helps the whipped cream firm up.

Notes

Coconut whipped cream will keep for up to 1 week. Keep it covered while storing it in the fridge.
You can use the liquid from the coconut cream to make smoothies or spoon a little of it onto your dog’s food.
