Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cooked turkey
  • 1 cup cooked sweet potato
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • ½ cup frozen chopped green beans
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place a silicone mold on a baking sheet for stability.
  • Place the turkey, sweet potato, and oat flour in a food processor and process until a coarse dough forms.
  • Add the green beans and egg. Process until combined.
  • Spoon and press the dough into the mold.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool the treats completely in the mold.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

For rolled and cut treats: Place the dough on a flat surface and roll it out until about ¼ - ½ inch thick. Use a cookie cutter to cut out as many shapes as possible. Re-roll and cut until all the dough is used. Place the cutouts on a baking lined with parchment or a silicone mat.
