Snickerdoodle Dog Treats

These snickerdoodle dog treats are soft cinnamon cookies made just for dogs. They're naturally sweetened with honey and easy to make - just mix, roll, and bake!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups brown rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  • Place coconut milk, honey, egg in a medium bowl and combine well.
  • Add flour and cinnamon and combine into a dough using a mixer or a mixing spoon.
  • Use your hands to roll 2 tablespoon portions of the dough into 1½” balls and place them on the lined baking sheet. Press down gently on the ball with a fork to flatten it making a crisscross pattern.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes. Cool completely before removing from the baking sheet.
