Ingredients

cups
oat flour
1/2
teaspoon
cinnamon
1/4
teaspoon
ground ginger
1
cup
pumpkin puree
1
tablespoon
maple syrup
1/4
cup
unsweetened almond milk
or carton coconut milk (not canned)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
Place oat flour, ground cinnamon, and ginger in a small bowl. Whisk or stir until well combined.
Place pumpkin puree and maple syrup in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Add flour mixture and almond milk a little at a time to the wet ingredients and combine into a dough.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until about 1/4 inch thick.
Cut out treats with your favorite cookie cutter.
Place the cutouts on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Allow the treats to cool completely on the baking sheet.
Notes
Do not use pumpkin pie mix because it may contain spices toxic to dogs.
