Ingredients
½cupPlain Pumpkin Puree
¼cupCreamy Peanut Butter(natural unsweetened)
1Egg
1tablespoonMelted Coconut Oil
2cupsOat Flour
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl with a mixer or by hand.
Add the oat flour and combine well.
Press the dough into silicone molds.
Place the molds on a baking sheet.
Bake at for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove the biscuits from the molds and place them on a wire rack to cool completely.
Cookie Cutter Method
Roll the dough out on a flat surface until about ½ inch thick. Add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky.
Using your favorite cookie cutter, cut out as many shapes as possible.
Gather the scraps, re-roll and cut until all the dough is used up.
Place the cutouts on a baking sheet. Bake and cool as directed above.
Notes
Do not use peanut butter that contains xylitol, an artificial sweetener toxic to dogs.You can make oat flour by blending dry old-fashioned oats in a blender or food processor until it reaches flour consistency.
