Pumpkin Bread for Dogs

Homemade dog-friendly pumpkin bread is a tasty treat for your furry friend.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Oat Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • ½ cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 4 tablespoons Coconut Oil melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray or grease it with coconut oil.
  • In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients (oat flour, baking powder, and baking soda).
  • In another bowl mix together wet ingredients (eggs, applesauce, pumpkin puree, and melted coconut oil).
  • Use a mixer to combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients until the batter is smooth.
  • Pour the batter into loaf pan.
  • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove the bread from the oven and cool it completely before serving.

Notes

Do not use pumpkin pie filling because it may contain spices toxic to dogs.
