Ingredients
1smallapple
1/2cuppumpkin purée
1/2cupcoconut milk
1egg
2 1/2cupsoat flour
1teaspoonbaking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Peel, core, and remove the seeds of the apple. Dice the apple into small pieces and place them in a medium bowl. Add pumpkin purée, coconut milk, and egg and combine well.
Place the oat flour and baking powder in a separate bowl and mix well.
Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients and combine until a dough forms.
Using a small ice cream scoop or a tablespoon, scoop out equal amounts of dough and form them with your hands into a cookie shape.
Place the formed treats on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Allow the treats to cool completely before removing them from the baking sheet.
Notes
Do not use pumpkin pie mix because it may contain spices toxic to dogs.
