Ingredients

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour
  • 2 medium peaches
  • 2 tablespoons blackstrap molasses
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Place oats and oat flour in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Peel and cut peaches into small pieces. Discard the skin and pit.
  • Add peach pieces, molasses, and water to the bowl. Stir to combine into a rollable dough. If the dough seems dry or crumbly, add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time.
  • Place the dough on parchment paper and use a rolling pin to roll out the dough.
  • Use a cookie cutter to cut out the treats. Gather scraps, re-roll, and cut until all the dough is used. Place the cutouts on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-22 minutes. Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

You can make oat flour by blending old-fashioned rolled oats in a blender or food processor until fine.
