oat flour

brown rice flour

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
baking soda

natural peanut butter
1/2
cup
unsweetened applesauce
1/2
cup
coconut milk

tablespoons
melted coconut oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease or spray a 24-cavity mini bundt pan with non-stick spray.
Place the oat flour, brown rice flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a medium bowl and stir or whisk to combine.
Place peanut butter, applesauce, coconut milk, and melted coconut oil in a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
Add the flour mixture into the wet mixture and stir to combine.
Spoon the batter evenly into the pan, filling each bundt cake cavity about 3/4 full.
Bake for 15-18 minutes.
Let the cakes cool in the pan for a few minutes then remove them from the pan by inverting it on a wire rack. Allow to cool completely before serving.
Store the bundts in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Do not use peanut butter that contains xylitol, an artificial sweetener toxic to dogs.
