Ingredients

chicken liver

eggs

cup
oat flour

tablespoons
old-fashioned rolled oats
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
Place the liver and eggs in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
Add the oat flour and stir well. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the uncooked rolled oats on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
