Liver Cake for Dogs

Homemade liver cake is a tasty treat for your dog.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken liver
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons old-fashioned rolled oats

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Place the liver and eggs in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
  • Add the oat flour and stir well. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the uncooked rolled oats on top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool completely. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
