Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • water if needed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  • Place the flour and baking powder in a small bowl and stir or whisk to combine.
  • Mash the banana in a large bowl. Add the egg, peanut butter, and honey and stir until well combined and smooth.
  • Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir until combined and a rollable dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a little water, about 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dough is rollable.
  • Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until about 1/4" - 1/3" thick.
  • Use cookie cutter cut out shapes and place the cutouts on the prepared baking sheet. Gather scraps and reroll until the dough is used up.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes. Allow the treats to cool completely on the baking sheet.
  • Store in an airtight container.

Notes

Do not use peanut butter that contains xylitol, an artificial sweetener toxic to dogs.
