Ingredients

  • 1 Peach
  • 1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Water

Optional Additions

  • 1-2 Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Diced Pineapple
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Peel the peach, cut it in half, and remove the pit. Place 1 half of the peach, yogurt, and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • If using either ginger or cinnamon, add it to the blended peach mixture and blend well. You can also divide the peach mixture and do half with ginger and half with cinnamon.
  • Cut the remaining peach into small pieces.
  • If using, cut the strawberries or pineapple into small pieces.
  • Place silicone molds onto a baking sheet for stability. Place pieces of fruit into the molds. Fill with the yogurt mixture. Place the molds in the freezer for 3 hours or until frozen solid.
  • Remove the treats from the molds and place them in a plastic freezer bag or freezer-safe container. Store them in the freezer for up to 3 months.
