Because coconut milk tends to separate during storage, shake the cans before opening them or stir well after opening.
Divide the coconut milk into three equal parts in measuring cups or other containers to save for blending. Approximately 9 ounces each part.
For the strawberry treats, add 9 ounces of coconut milk and 1 cup strawberries to a blender and blend well. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
For the blueberry treats, add 9 ounces of coconut milk and 1 cup blueberries to a blender and blend well. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
For the coconut treats, pour the remaining coconut milk into silicone molds or ice cube trays.
Freeze for approximately 2 hours or until hard.
Remove the treats from the molds and place them in an airtight container or plastic freezer bag.
Store the treats in the freezer.
