Ingredients
2tablespoonsChia Seeds
⅔cupPlain Greek Yogurt
1tablespoonPeanut Butter
½cupUnsweetened Applesauce
2cupsOat Flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Stir the chia seeds into the yogurt. Set aside for at least 5 minutes.
Stir together the peanut butter and applesauce. Stir the applesauce mixture into the yogurt mixture and allow it to sit for 5 more minutes.
Add the wet mixture into the oat flour and combine well until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough until it is about 1/2” thick. Using your favorite cookie cutter, cut out as many shapes as possible. Re-roll and cut dough as necessary.
Place the cutouts on the lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
Notes
Do not use peanut butter that contains xylitol, an artificial sweetener toxic to dogs.
