Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 2 cups Oat Flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Stir the chia seeds into the yogurt. Set aside for at least 5 minutes.
  • Stir together the peanut butter and applesauce. Stir the applesauce mixture into the yogurt mixture and allow it to sit for 5 more minutes.
  • Add the wet mixture into the oat flour and combine well until a dough forms.
  • Roll out the dough until it is about 1/2” thick. Using your favorite cookie cutter, cut out as many shapes as possible. Re-roll and cut dough as necessary.
  • Place the cutouts on the lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely before serving.

Notes

Do not use peanut butter that contains xylitol, an artificial sweetener toxic to dogs.
