Ingredients
3/4cuppeanut butter
1/2cupcoconut oil
1tablespoonmaple syrup
4tablespoonscarob powder
Instructions
Place peanut butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until melted and smooth.
Add the carob powder and stir until well combined and smooth.
Place silicone candy molds on a baking tray for stability. Fill each mold with the melted candy mixture.
Place the tray in the freezer for at least 1 hour or until the candy is hard. Remove the candy from the molds.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Do not use peanut butter that contains xylitol, an artificial sweetener toxic to dogs.
