Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewer's yeast
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼-½ cup water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Combine the brewer's yeast, oat flour, and oats in a large bowl.
  • Stir in the applesauce, and just enough water to make a rollable dough.
  • Place the dough on parchment paper and roll it out until about ¼ - ½ inch thick. Use a cookie cutter to cut out as many shapes as possible. Re-roll and cut until all the dough is used. Place the cutouts on the lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18-22 minutes. Cool the treats completely on the baking sheet.
  • Store in an airtight container.
