Bison Meatballs for Dogs

Homemade bison meatballs are a tasty treat for your furry friend.

Ingredients

  • 14 to 16 ounces ground bison
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup frozen green peas
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons fresh curly parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon fresh mint

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and use your hands or a large spoon to combine them until evenly distributed in the mixture.
  • Scoop out about 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of the mixture and use your hands to form it into a ball.
  • Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Cool the meatballs completely before serving.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
