Peanut Butter Banana Dog Treats

Homemade Peanut Butter Banana Dog Treats are a tasty baked treat to make for your dog.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Uncooked Oatmeal
  • ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Flax

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a blender, pulse oatmeal until it becomes a flour.
  • In a large bowl combine all the ingredients using a mixer until well combined. You may need to use your hands to get everything well combined.
  • With a rolling pin, roll the dough out to about ¼ to ½ inch thickness, according to your preference.
  • Using a cookie cutter, cut out the dog treats and place them on a non-stick baking sheet or use parchment paper to cover the baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Place the treats on a wire rack to cool once baked.
  • Store in an airtight container.

Notes

This recipe makes 10 to 20 treats depending on the size of the cookie cutter.
