Ingredients
114.75-ounce canSalmon
1cupBrown Rice Flour
1cupOat Flour
1Egg
¼cupDiced Fresh Curly Parsley(do not use flat leaf parsley)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Place the salmon with the juices from the can, both flours, and egg in a large bowl.
Stir to combine the ingredients.
Add the parsley to the mixture and stir to combine.
Take one tablespoon of the dough and roll it into a ball. Repeat with the remaining dough.
Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
All the treats to cool to room temperature.
Notes
You can purchase brown rice flour or oat flour or make your own by adding 1 cup of uncooked brown rice or 1 cup of uncooked old-fashioned oatmeal to a blender or food processor and blend until it reaches the consistency of flour.Store the treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
