Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup frozen green peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped curly parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Place the turkey, eggs, oats, pumpkin, peas, and parsley in a large bowl. Stir well with a spoon or mix with your hands.
  • Transfer the meat mixture to a 9x5-inch loaf pan and spread it evenly in the pan.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool completely before serving.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

Do not use pumpkin pie mix because it may contain spices toxic to dogs.
Do not use Italian flat-leaf parsley because it can cause dermatitis and be toxic in large amounts.
