Salmon and Sweet Potato Dog Food

This simple salmon and sweet potato dog food is full of wholesome ingredients and baked on a sheet pan for a fuss-free homemade meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh or frozen salmon fillets
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen sweet potato cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen green beans cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • If using frozen ingredients, thaw them. If using fresh ingredients, peel and cut a sweet potato and the green beans into small pieces.
  • Toss the chopped sweet potatoes and green beans with olive oil.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray or line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Place the salmon fillets, sweet potatoes, and green beans in a single layer on the prepared sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and the sweet potatoes are fork-tender.
  • Transfer the salmon to a large plate and use a fork to flake it. Add the green beans and sweet potatoes and stir to combine.
  • Allow to cool completely before serving.
