Cupcakes

oat flour

baking soda
1/2

pumpkin puree

egg

melted coconut oil
Frosting

plain Greek yogurt

pumpkin puree

tablespoon
melted coconut oil

Instructions
Cupcakes
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 6-count muffin pan with coconut oil.
Place oat flour and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Stir or whisk to combine.
Add pumpkin, egg, water, and melted coconut oil into the bowl with the flour mixture. Stir until well-combined.
Divide the batter equally into the 6 muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
Frosting
While the cupcakes are baking, place the yogurt, pumpkin, and coconut oil in a bowl and stir until combined and smooth.
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour, until the cupcakes are completely cooled.
Spread the chilled frosting on top of the cupcakes.
Place the dog treats in a zip-top bag, seal it, and pound the treats into small pieces. Sprinkle the pieces on top of the cupcakes.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
Do not use pumpkin pie mix or filling because it may contain ingredients not safe or appropriate for dogs.
