Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 cup sliced green beans
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  • Peel and cut the sweet potato into small cubes. Slice the green beans into bite-sized pieces.
  • Brown the ground lamb in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to break up the meat as it cooks.
  • Once the lamb is browned, add the sweet potato, green beans, and water. Stir to combine. Reduce temperature to medium-low and cover. Stir occasionally. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
  • Remove from the stove and allow to cool completely.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
