cups
unsalted beef broth
or water
1
cup
quick pearled barley
2
lamb chops
1” thick
Instructions
Pour the beef broth and barley into the Instant Pot and lay the lamb chops on top.
Secure the lid and set to HIGH pressure for 20 minutes. Allow the pressure to release naturally.
Remove the lamb chops from the pot. Remove and discard the bones and cut the meat into bite-sized chunks.
Return the lamb to the pot and stir into the barley. Allow to cool before serving.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
Do not use beef broth that contains onions or garlic.
