Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Strawberries
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • ½ cup Raspberries
  • ½ cup Watermelon

Instructions

  • Cut the strawberries and watermelon into small pieces. Remove any watermelon seeds.
  • Place the yogurt and water in a small bowl and stir to combine. This thins out the yogurt.
  • Fill each mold halfway up with the thinned yogurt.
  • Add as many pieces of fruit that will fit into the mold.
  • Fill up the remaining space with yogurt.
  • Freeze for approximately 2 hours or until frozen solid.

Notes

Store the treats in a plastic freezer bag or a freezer-safe container in the freezer for up to 4 months.
