Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked oatmeal
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach thawed

Instructions

  • Cook the oatmeal according to the package instructions.

  • Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the cooked oatmeal and chicken.
  • Allow to cool completely before serving.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
