Ingredients
1 1/2cupswhole milk cottage cheese
2tablespoonshoney
1/3cuppeanut butter
1/2cupblueberries or chopped strawberriesplus more for garnish
Instructions
Place the cottage cheese, honey, and peanut butter in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Stir in the berries. Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer safe container. Freeze for 4 hours or until solid.
To easily scoop the ice cream, leave it sitting out of the freezer for a few minutes to thaw slightly.
Notes
Do not use peanut butter that contains xylitol, an artificial sweetener toxic to dogs.You can use low-fat cottage cheese but it will result in an icier and harder texture.
