Apple Cinnamon Dog Treats

Ingredients

  • ½ Apple core and seeds removed
  • ½ cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 ½ cups Oat Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
  • Chop the apple half into small pieces.
  • Place the chopped apple, applesauce, and egg in a medium bowl. Stir to combine well.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the uncooked oatmeal, oat flour, and cinnamon.
  • Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredient mixture and stir to combine them into a dough.
  • Roll the dough out on a floured surface until about ½ inch thick.
  • Use a cookie cutter to cut out the treats.
  • Place the cutouts on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes.
  • Allow the treats to cool completely on the baking sheet or a wire rack.
