Soft and cheesy air-fried egg bites made with sweet potato are a wholesome breakfast-inspired dog treat.

Ingredients
1mediumsweet potato
water
1/2cupshredded cheese
1egg
1/2cupoat flour
Instructions
Peel and cut the sweet potato into small cubes. Place the cubes in a pot and add enough water to cover them by 1 inch. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain the sweet potatoes, place them in a bowl, and mash until smooth.
Add the cheese and egg and mix well. Add the flour and combine well.
Place parchment paper in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop out the dough. Place 5 scoops on the parchment paper, leaving room between them.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes at 350°F. Remove from the air fryer.
Repeat with the remaining dough.
Allow the bites to cool completely before serving.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
If you have an oven-style air fryer, you can cook them in one batch.
