Ingredients

  • 2 cups Oat Flour
  • ½ cup Chopped Apples or Applesauce
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Coconut Oil

Instructions

  • If using a fresh apple chop it into small bits.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a mixer or spoon.
  • Dust a flat surface with flour and roll or press out the dough until it is about ¼-inch thick.
  • Using a cookie cutter, cut out as many shapes as possible. If the dough is too sticky to roll out, add a little more oat flour. Gather the dough scraps and re-roll as necessary until all the dough is used.
  • Place the cutout treats on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

Notes

You can substitute the oat flour with all-purpose flour.
Makes 5 large plus 8 small using dog paw cookie cutters.
