Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ cup Strawberries
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • ½ cup Raspberries
  • ½ cup Watermelon

Instructions

  • Cut the strawberries and watermelon into small pieces. Remove any watermelon seeds.
  • Place the yogurt and water in a small bowl and stir to combine. This thins out the yogurt.
  • Fill each mold compartment halfway up with the thinned yogurt.
  • Add as many pieces of fruit that will fit into the mold
  • Fill up the remaining space with yogurt.
  • Continue this process for each type of fruit. You can combine berries for a mixed berry flavor.
  • Freeze for approximately 1 hour or until frozen solid.

Notes

Store the treats in a plastic freezer bag or airtight container in the freezer for up to 4 months.
You can use fresh or frozen berries, but do not use frozen berries in sugar or syrup. You will need to thaw the strawberries in order to chop them into smaller pieces.
