Cheesecake For Dogs
Homemade doggy cheesecake with oat crust is a special treat for your furry friend.

Crust
- ¾ cup Old Fashioned Oats
- ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cheesecake
- ½ cup Cottage Cheese
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Egg
- 1½ teaspoons Vanilla Flavor (alcohol-free vanilla)
- 1½ tablespoons Coconut Milk
- 1½ tablespoons Oat Flour
Crust
Using a food processor or blender, blend the oats into a coarse powder.
Add the shredded coconut, coconut oil, egg, cinnamon, and honey to the food processor and blend well.
Divide crust into two equal parts and press into the bottom of two mini 4-inch springform pans. Alternatively use a muffin tin.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Remove the crusts from the oven and cool them completely on a wire rack.
Cheesecake
Add the cottage cheese to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Add the cream cheese, yogurt, egg, vanilla, coconut milk, and oat flour to the processor and blend until smooth.
Divide the mixture into two equal parts and pour the batter over the two cooled crusts.
Place the pans in a large baking pan with ½ inch of water in the bottom.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecakes in the oven. Allow them to cool completely.
Remove the cheesecakes from the pans.
Cover and refrigerate the cheesecakes.
Serve topped with your choice of berries.
Alternate Crust: Use ¾ cup ground dog treats instead of oats.
Alternate Preparation: Use a 12-cup muffin pan to make mini cheesecakes.
