  • ½ cup Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Blackstrap Molasses or Maple Syrup
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Oat Flour

  • Peel and shred the carrot.
  • Place the shredded apple, shredded carrot, applesauce, egg, melted coconut oil, and molasses in a large bowl.
  • Stir to combine the wet ingredients.
  • Mix the almond flour and oat flour together in a bowl.
  • Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and combine well.
  • Place silicone mold on a baking sheet and fill in the cups with the dough.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Remove the treats from the oven and cool them on a wire rack.

Notes

If you don’t have oat flour, you can make it by processing 1 cup of dry uncooked old-fashioned rolled oats in a blender or food processor until it has the consistency of flour.
