Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

STEP 1

Place chicken breasts on a plate or baking sheet with space between them. Freeze until they are semi-firm, about an hour.

STEP 2

Cut the chicken into thin strips. Place the strips on dehydrator trays.

STEP 3

Dehydrate at 170°F for 4 to 5 hours or until fully dry and have a slight snap when broken.
