Oat Flour Coconut Oil Water Applesauce Egg Cornstarch Cinnamon

STEP 1

Put all the crust ingredients in a mixing bowl.

STEP 2

Combine the crust ingredients to make the dough.

STEP 3

Roll out the dough and cut it into rounds to fit in a muffin pan.

STEP 4

Cut strips of the dough for the lattice top.

STEP 5

Place all the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix until well-combined.

Pour the filling on top of the crust in the muffin pan.

STEP 7

Lay the dough strips on top in a crisscross pattern.

STEP 8

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Remove pies from the pan and cool them completely.
